Wir laden unsere Mitglieder zur traditionellen Weihnachtsfeier in die "Fotografiska" Tallinn ein. Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist erforderlich!

Fotomuseum, Restaurant und Veranstaltungsort: Die bekannte "Fotografiska" vereint alles an einem Ort und befindet sich im Herzen der Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi loomelinnak), Telliskivi 60a-8, Tallinn.

Zeitplan der Weihnachtsfeier:
17:45 Uhr: Begrüßungsgetränk im Restaurant 
18:00 Uhr: Führung durch die Ausstellungen
19:00 Uhr: 3-Gänge-Menü

Menü zum Abendessen:
1. Gang: Rindertartar mit Chilli / fermentierter Karotte / Weihnachtsgewürzen
2. Gang: Gebratene Schweineschulter mit Kartoffelpüree / Hausbier und Sauerkraut / Jus (Sauce)
3. Gang: "Makibi" Whiskykuchen / Whiskykaramell / Vanilleeis

Das Restaurant „Fotografiska“ arbeitet auf einer sogenannten „0-Waste-Basis“. Alles, von der Blüte bis zur Wurzel sowie das gesamte Tier, wird verwendet - sowohl in der Küche als auch in der Bar. Was übrig bleibt, wird kompostiert und landet so wieder auf den Feldern und in den Kleingärten.

Das Restaurant „Fotografiska“ ist im Falstaff-Restaurantführer als ausgezeichnetes Restaurant aufgeführt.
